Personal Information: My name is Gina Sirach. I have taught for Southeastern since 1984. I graduated from
Southeastern Illinois College with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1981. I graduated from University of Evansville in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I completed my MSN with an emphasis in Nursing Education in 2005 from the University of Southern Indiana. My past work experience includes Medical-Surgical Nursing,Patient Education, Home Health and Long-Term Care. 
I am married to Mike Sirach. We have two children, Blake and Kellyn, and we reside in Harrisburg.

My name is Barbara Keller.  I graduated from McKendree College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I completed my MSN in the Educator tract in 2009 from McKendree University. My past work experience includes Medical-Surgical Nursing, Home Health Care and Long-Term Care.
I reside in Murphysboro and my personal interests include volunteer projects with my local historical society and library, flower gardening and antique collecting.

Personal information:  My name is Amy Murphy.  I was born and raised in Carrier Mills.  In 1978 I entered the LPN program at SIC and graduated from the ADN program in 1981.  My early work experience was hospital based acute care.  For many years following I worked in the home health field.  In 1995 I returned to school as a part time student and completed my bachelor’s degree at McKendree College in 1998.  I have worked at SIC since January, 2000 and have taught in many areas including professional tutoring and high school health occupations.  I have been married for 24 years and currently have 2 children, Nathan and Brynna, attending universities.
 
 My interests, outside of work, include cooking and reading.

Personal Information: Hi, my name is Karen McConnell and I have been a Practical Nursing instructor at Southeastern Illinois College since the fall of 1990. I graduated from Murray State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My past work experience includes Acute Care Nursing in the Emergency Room, Special Care and the Medical-Surgical floor.

My husband, Blake, and I have three children, Allie, Braden and Paige. My interests beyond helping students achieve their goals in nursing include church activities, decorating my home, cooking and baking, gardening, painting and sewing.

Personal Information: Hello, my name is Maritta Pavelonis and I have been an instructor here at Southeastern Illinois College since Fall Semester 1980. I graduated from this Practical Nursing program in the summer of 1970. I graduated from the Olney Central College Associate Degree Nursing program in the summer of 1974 and the University of Evansville Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in summer of 1979. My past work experience includes Obstetrics, Medical-Surgical Nursing and Public Health. 

My husband, Brad, and I have one child, John. My hobbies include assisting with the Boy Scouts, collecting antiques, working in my church and volunteering with cancer support groups.

I graduated from Southeastern Illinois College with an Associate Degree in Nursing and continued on to SIU-C where I received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management.  I have been an instructor at Southeastern Illinois College since Fall of 2007.  I currently teach in the Health Occupation Dual Credit Programs at both Eldorado and Carmi High Schools.

I am currently per suing my MSN in the Nurse Educator tract from University of Southern Indiana.  My past work experience includes: Neuro, CCU, Medical-Surgical floor, and Home Health.

My husband, Mike, and I have been married for 18 years and we have 2 daughters- Raya and Lily.  We reside in Pope County.  My interests are cooking, gardening, and being with my family as much as possible.
